PRIVACY POLICY


At The Plug Party Rentals, safeguarding your privacy is our priority. We utilize the information gathered on our site to streamline bookings and improve your overall experience. Rest assured, we never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

BAD WEATHER


There might be instances where unfavorable weather conditions could disrupt your planned party. In the case of severe weather conditions such as lightning, high winds, flooding, or heavy rains, we may need to reschedule your service to ensure the safety of everyone involved, including you, your guests, our staff, and our equipment. If you anticipate or are aware of impending major storms or severe weather events that could impact your party, please reach out to us to initiate the rescheduling process as we cannot offer a refund.

DAMAGE/INJURY DISCLAIMER


The Plug Party Rentals and its employees are not liable for any property damage incurred due to the client’s request for specific placement, including damage to both above-ground and below-ground property or equipment. We also reserve the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages caused by the careless or intentional actions of the client’s guests to the equipment. Neither The Plug Party Rentals nor its employees accept responsibility for injuries sustained on the client’s property or designated location. The client and/or host are solely responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur.

We verify with the person that booked the event that everything is in working order before and after the event.

Current damage fee’s:
Laser tag equipment up to $1500 per item
Soft play equipment up to $400 per item
Hole-E-Moley™ up to $700 for the equipment
Soft Axe Throw Set equipment up to $160
Connect 4 Giant Edition up to $160
Cleaning fee $250 for Soft Play (If damaged then damage fee applies)

FOOD/DRINK

Food and drinks are not permitted near our equipment.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

Alcohol is allowed at your event or party, but we maintain the right to refuse, cancel, or shorten any booking where alcohol is served and we feel our team or equipment is in danger. Drug use is strictly prohibited near the equipment; any observed use of illegal or improperly used legal narcotics will lead to the immediate termination of the party.

PICTURES/VIDEOS

Throughout the duration of your party, our Game expert may be taking photographs to capture the fun moments. These pictures could potentially be featured on our social media accounts or website to showcase the exciting events However, if you have any reservations about having your party photographed or the images shared online, kindly inform the Game Coach before the commencement of the party. We respect your privacy and want to ensure that your preferences are accommodated.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE

We operate within a 25-mile radius from Simi Valley, California, as our general service area. For distances up to 20 miles, there are no additional travel fees. However, a surcharge fee of $50 applies when traveling beyond this initial 20-mile limit to reach an event. You can find more details about our coverage areas on our Service Area page.

SUPERVISION FOR CHILDREN

For the safety and well-being of all guests, The Plug Party Rentals mandates that a parent or responsible adult must remain around the event. Additionally, guests under 15 years old must have a parent or guardian present on the premises and reachable by the game expert in case of any necessary communication.

DEPOSIT/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon confirming your booking date and time, a deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, we strive to accommodate by rescheduling your event to another date at no extra charge.

  • Most of our equipment caters to children aged 6 months to 7 years.
  • Please refrain from sitting on any of the play equipment if you’re an adult, as this could lead to damage and may result in a damage fee.
  • Kindly avoid bringing Animals of any kind, face paint, slime, chalk, markers, crayons, paint, play dough, or any other colored or sharp objects into the soft play area.
  • Food, drinks, candy, and chewing gum are not permitted on the soft play equipment.
  • Only socks or bare feet are allowed on the soft play equipment; no shoes or heels, please, to maintain a safe environment for young children.
  • Keep confetti, glitter, and sand away from the play equipment to avoid additional cleaning fees.
  • Once the soft play equipment is set up, please do not move it.
  • The Soft Play equipment will not be set up outdoors if the weather is forecast to rain or have strong winds, as it will become slippery and unsafe.
  • If you plan on setting up on grass, we require the grass to be dry. We will NOT set up on a wet surface, dirt or loose bark. All pet waste must be removed and the area cleaned prior to our arrival.  
  • will only offer a credit for a future party if the weather turns bad on the day of the event and no alternative indoor location has been arranged.
  • Currently we do not set up at public property or parks.
  • If there’s any negligence or preventable damage to our Bounce House (Coming soon) or Soft Play equipment, a repair fee will be added. Additionally, a cleaning fee might apply if any of the general rules are overlooked. These rules are in place to ensure everyone’s safety and to maintain the equipment’s integrity. Please refrain from wearing shoes (including heels), bringing food or drinks, using items that may stain or puncture, overcrowding, wrestling, using silly string, confetti, glitter, sand, or face paint. Ensure all ball pit balls are returned to the ball pit before pickup to avoid an extra fee. Once the equipment is set up, it should not be moved.
  • For the safety of the players everyone MUST wear the safety goggles provided when booking these water guns.
  • You must fill up the guns with water and water only.
  • Treat the equipment with respect like it is your own.
  • Please make sure you have the option of endless water for the “Refill stations”
